CORONAVIRUS HEALTH CRISIS: ACTION PROTOCOL OF S.C.A. OUR. MS. FROM CARMEN

The declaration of the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVD-19 made by Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, requires the adoption of measures for adequate compliance by the Cooperativa de the obligations that said RD imposes, to guarantee the health of both partners and workers. For this reason, the Governing Council in a session held today has adopted the following resolutions:

1.- Only urgent procedures will be attended. Consequently, the member who considers an action to be urgent must contact the Cooperative’s offices by telephone or telematically and any matter will be solved by these means unless it is essential to do so in person, in any case, behind closed doors, although the administrative staff will be inside the offices.

2.- Access to the cooperative will not be admitted to anyone other than the member himself or his representative individually and for the essential time. And always by appointment and provided with self-protection measures.

3.- In the facilities of the Cooperative, both the staff, service providers contracted for the renovation of the yard, transporters in charge of the oil withdrawals, as well as the partners who are exceptionally in it, will adopt the separation measures and physical withdrawal recommended by the authorities.

4.- Cash payments will be avoided, preferably made by transfer or POS (the POS terminals being cleaned after each use) and any documentation to be provided will be done electronically.

All these measures will remain in force as long as the declaration of the state of alarm decreed by the Government remains in force.
